Kangáas Gan Xaayda Gwaay: Dream for Haida Gwaii, offers brief glimpses into three dreams for the healing, sovereignty and sustainability of the lands and communities of Haida Gwaii. Like the rest of Canada, Haida Gwaii has experienced devastating and tremendous changes since colonization; this animation is an attempt to envision a more hopeful future along the paths of reconciliation and decolonization.
